About the role

Role Overview

Solutions Architect for TEKsystems Global Services (TGS) supporting Google Cloud Data and AI engagements. You will lead presales solution development and proposals in collaboration with TEKsystems sales and practice partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and own presales activities: solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
  • Translate business requirements and customer terms/constraints into workable technical solutions; identify and mitigate risks.
  • Advocate for non-functional requirements: usability, reliability, performance, supportability, and security.
  • Drive application modernization initiatives and maintain deep technical skills.
  • Run technical assessments, proofs-of-concept, and feasibility studies to validate proposed approaches.
  • Package solution capabilities for sales and marketing (solution content, value proposition, competitive positioning).
  • Provide feedback to practice teams to help develop, enhance, and package new capabilities.
  • Stay current on data modernization and AI trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Partner with Sales and Contract teams to ensure solutions are correctly reflected in Statements of Work and contracts.
  • Collaborate with practices on go-to-market collateral (e.g., case studies, account profiling, client presentation design).
  • Manage handoff from Sales to Delivery, ensuring expectations, schedules, and ramp-up timelines are aligned.
  • Ensure client expectations are clearly communicated to delivery teams (roles, escalation points, risks, objectives, etc.).
  • Provide advisory and thought leadership to clients.

Requirements

  • Significant experience creating/using solutions for Contact Center AI Platform (CCAI) / Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS).
  • Experience with Dialogflow CX.
  • Experience with Gemini Enterprise for CX (NextGen).
  • Exposure/experience supporting agentic AI implementations with Google Gemini (details cut off in the provided text).

  • Thought leadership and industry know-how in Data modernization and AI.
  • Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
