About the role
Role Overview
Solutions Architect at SystemBender (Pune, India — Remote). You will lead issue management and delivery oversight across frontend, backend, and GenAI/chatbot components, with strong ownership and stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities
- Issue Management: Lead triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution tracking to reduce critical/high-severity incidents.
- Expectation Management: Align stakeholders on realistic delivery scope, timelines, and trade-offs (e.g., accuracy vs latency, features vs stability).
- Delivery Oversight: Identify gaps, prioritize quick wins vs long-term fixes, and ensure overall system stability across frontend, backend, and GenAI components.
- GenAI Quality Improvement: Improve avatar response quality, including voice and gestures.
Requirements
- Proven ability in high-pressure delivery and driving outcomes with decisiveness and initiative.
- Demonstrated accountability/ownership across teams.
- Strong stakeholder management: influence, align, and push back when needed.
- Clear communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Prior experience with GenAI / chatbot / API-based architectures.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, and response optimization.
- AWS experience, including Bedrock, API Gateway, Lambda, and EC2 / Containers.
Nice to Have
- Malay language proficiency.
- Experience with EC2 / Containers (noted as good to have).
