About the role

Role Overview

As a Presales Solutions Architect, you’ll bridge AI infrastructure, networking, and compute to help enterprise organizations modernize their stacks for next-generation AI workloads. You’ll work closely with Enterprise AEs and prospects to identify technical challenges and architect scalable solutions that drive revenue.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery to understand customer environments, data flows, security requirements, and AI workload needs
Architect scalable AI infrastructure designs, including GPU clusters, networking fabrics, storage, and orchestration layers
Deliver demos, workshops, and POCs focused on performance, scalability, and TCO advantages
Partner with AEs throughout the sales cycle (qualification → competitive positioning → closing)
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders from infrastructure engineers to CIOs/CTOs
Translate technical requirements into solution proposals, deployment plans, and ROI narratives
Support RFPs, compliance reviews, and solution documentation
Provide structured product feedback to engineering/product teams to inform roadmap priorities
Represent the company as a technical thought leader at conferences, webinars, and industry events

Requirements

5–7+ years in Presales / Solution Architecture / Sales Engineering for enterprise infrastructure
Hands-on understanding of compute, networking, and storage architectures, ideally for large-scale AI training/inference workloads
Deep fluency with topics such as GPU orchestration, high-speed networking (InfiniBand/RDMA), distributed storage, Kubernetes, and on-prem/cloud hybrid designs
Ability to run live demos, architecture deep dives, and performance benchmarking discussions
Comfortable with scripting/light automation: Python, Bash, Terraform (or similar) for POCs and reference deployments
Demonstrated success supporting fast-growth GTM teams in a scaling startup environment
Strong communication skills influencing both technical and executive stakeholders
Based in the United States (remote-friendly; occasional travel)
