Solutions Architect (Remote)

Role Overview

Solutions Architect (Remote) at Bryant Park Consulting. You will act as a key pre-sales solutions partner, working with senior leadership and the Oracle NetSuite Sales organization to close new business and build long-term client relationships.

What You Will Do

• Lead pre-sales engagement by analyzing client requirements and shaping an implementation approach.
• Perform risk analysis and support co-selling of NetSuite and related solutions.
• Review current-state requirements and RFP documents; develop proposals and bids for implementation/integration/professional services.
• Run scoping and requirements-gathering sessions to produce detailed implementation plans and professional services estimates (timeline/phasing, processes, technical requirements, integrations, analytics, data migration).
• Draft implementation proposals and statements of work, including planned pricing and effort estimates.
• Build implementation project plans, work breakdown structures, and resource allocations.
• Present and demonstrate solutions to stakeholders, including configuring/demonstrating NetSuite for relevant client scenarios.
• Negotiate pricing, scope, timeline, and resourcing, and review proposal feedback/redlines.
• Mobilize and sponsor the delivery team after winning deals by transitioning the pre-sales vision into implementation.
• Maintain warm relationships with centers of influence and NetSuite sales representatives to drive referrals.

Requirements

• Many years of NetSuite functional consulting experience (techno-functional preferred).
• Ability to quickly understand business models, software requirements, systems, and organizational dynamics.
• Strong capability to architect solutions and drive implementation strategy.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a pre-sales / solutions architecture capacity with sales targets and deal support.
• Familiarity with ERP implementation planning, integrations, analytics, and data migration.

Reporting Line

• Reports to the Director of Sales & Solution Architecture.
