Solutions Architect (NeoClouds)

Role Overview

As a Platform Solutions Architect, you will partner with NeoCloud providers and customers to design and enable scalable platform services built on the VAST platform. You’ll shape long-term architecture decisions, create reusable technical assets, and collaborate with internal teams to accelerate delivery and adoption.

Key Missions

• Partner with NeoCloud customers to design scalable platform services on VAST, including:
  • AI services
  • Database services
  • Object storage
  • Infrastructure services
• Engage early in customer product/service planning cycles to influence architecture before implementation.
• Develop reusable reference architectures, blueprints, design guides, and operational runbooks to accelerate deployments across the ecosystem.

Profile / Requirements

• Strong background across compute, networking, operating systems, storage, virtualization, and distributed platforms.
• Proven ability to create technical artifacts such as:
  • Reference architectures
  • Solution blueprints
  • Design documents
  • Operational runbooks
• Strong customer-facing communication skills; can translate business objectives into scalable architectures.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and partner ecosystems to drive adoption and customer success.
• Experience designing infrastructure platforms that are handed off to application/service engineering teams.
• 5+ years designing large-scale infrastructure or platform architectures in cloud providers, hyperscalers, enterprise platform engineering, or AI infrastructure organizations.
• Experience enabling IaaS, AI infrastructure, database services, or cloud platform services (experience with database/application services is highly desirable).
• Architects often come from platform engineering, cloud architecture, or infrastructure design roles; experience spanning networking, compute, OS, and storage is expected.
