Solutions Architect (AI Agent Governance)

Type: Full-time | Location: Remote (US residents only)

Role Overview

Cross-functional role at the intersection of product, engineering, and go-to-market (GTM), reporting into GTM. You act as the internal technical expert who can demo, explain, and help shape how Mault is positioned and sold.

Responsibilities

Product Expert & Sales Engineering (50%)

• Become the person who knows the product “from the inside out.”
• Handle prospect questions confidently (e.g., worktree isolation, hook-based governance in enterprise environments).
• Own sales calls and run live demos.
• Translate Mault’s technical capabilities into terms trusted by a VP of Engineering.

Martech & GTM Process (50%)

• Bring AI into the go-to-market engine.
• Build GTM workflows/playbooks rather than following one.
• Work on synthesizing AI tools into the sales process, prospecting workflows, and demo environments.
• Shape product positioning and serve as a technical bridge between engineering and sales.

Requirements

• Ability to learn fast, move independently, and communicate clearly.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily work; AI-built tangible artifacts are a strong advantage.
• Experience having technical conversations with technical buyers; proven capability in a GTM or sales context (title not important).
• Precision communication for emails, demos, and internal briefs.
• Reliable internet and a modern computer.
• Must be based in the US (US authorization required).

Preferred Location

• Greater Phoenix, AZ or Florida (open to other US locations for the right candidate).

Compensation & Structure

• $40–60/hour depending on experience
• 1099 contract to start, 40 hours/week
• Potential to convert to full-time W2 after 60 days based on performance.
