Solutions Architect Lead

Role Overview

As Solutions Architect Lead at Sardine, you will lead client onboarding and integrations for the company’s fraud and compliance products. You will translate technical requirements into scalable solutions and ensure successful deployment, while leading a team and supporting clients end-to-end.

Key Missions & Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding for Sardine’s fraud and compliance products, managing end-to-end integrations and ensuring successful deployment.
• Develop and manage a high-performing integration team focused on seamless onboarding and scalable technical solutions.
• Analyze client requirements and design solutions by leveraging a deep understanding of Sardine’s systems and product capabilities.

Required Profile

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in a relevant domain (payments, fraud, risk, or compliance).
• Experience with API specifications such as OpenAPI, web development, and writing scripts to build internal tools (e.g., bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman).
• Basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and drive deliverables to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 7+ years hands-on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, or systems analyst, working across multiple internal/external technical teams.
