Role Overview

Solution Architect – C360 Data Engineering for a high-impact Customer 360 engagement. You will act as the senior onshore delivery leader, owning end-to-end solution architecture while also leading stakeholder alignment across business and technology groups. The client is building a Snowflake Medallion Architecture to support customer 360 capabilities (e.g., cross-sell, churn prevention, routing optimization) across 13M+ customer accounts.

• Hourly W2 / Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership

• Serve as the primary KPI point of contact for client business owners, IT leadership, domain SMEs, and executive sponsors.
• Facilitate architecture workshops, domain discovery sessions, and design reviews; drive decisions.
• Translate ambiguous business outcomes into structured solution requirements.
• Communicate architecture decisions, risks, and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
• Surface scope, timeline, and dependency risks early.

Solution Architecture & Design

• Own end-to-end architecture across the Snowflake Medallion stack: Stage, ODS, Silver, Gold.
• Define integration architecture across ERP (Oracle Fusion, SAP) plus legacy/homegrown systems (ingestion patterns, change detection, latency/volume strategy).
• Design the ODS layer using SCD Type-1 golden record patterns, entity key strategy, and master data hierarchy across 5,000+ objects and multiple domains.
• Confirm Silver layer design in partnership with BA/Domain Expert, ensuring Stage/ODS support CDM activation.
• Own non-functional requirements: data latency, pipeline recovery, data quality SLAs, and platform observability.

Engineering Delivery Oversight

• Provide architecture governance and technical leadership to a multi-disciplinary onshore/offshore team.
• Set standards for pipeline design, code quality, and delivery practices.
• Use Snowflake COCO (Cortex/Copilot/AI-assisted development) to improve productivity.
• Review/approve critical designs and identify architectural risks early.
• Partner with Scrum Master on sprint planning and task scoping.
