Solutions Architect

Role Overview

Join EvenUp as a Solutions Architect to design and deliver enterprise customer solutions end-to-end—translating client needs into scalable architectures and supporting post-sale implementation.

Key Missions

• Design custom solutions for enterprise implementations by turning client requirements into evolvable, scalable architectures.
• Lead current-state discovery for implementation projects by analyzing:
  • business processes
  • data structures
  • existing systems
• Configure EvenUp platform components, including:
  • rule engines
  • reporting dashboards
  • automation scripts
• Drive custom demonstrations of the EvenUp platform.
• Conduct discovery sessions with potential clients.
• Contribute to the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Document solution designs and best practices and help define team standards to improve architecture/implementation efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven ability to design and implement custom solutions, including configurations in complex environments.
• Hands-on cloud experience (e.g., AWS and/or Azure).
• 7–10 years in solution architecture or related roles in enterprise SaaS, including experience with technical sales support and work in legal tech/regulated industries.
• Proficiency in Agile and project tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong technical knowledge of APIs and microservices.

Nice to Have

• Technical certifications such as TOGAF or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
• Experience working with legal departments and understanding legal operations and industry best practices.
• Data modeling experience.
• Solution design methodologies and tools such as UML, Lucidchart, or Enterprise Architect.
• Excellent communication skills for demos and RFP responses.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements (up to ~40%).
