About the role
Role Overview
Join Ema as a Solutions Architect (full remote). You’ll collaborate with sales and customers to design, architect, and demonstrate technical solutions, including executing proofs of concept and supporting successful deployments.
Responsibilities
- Work with sales leadership to understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Develop deep knowledge of Ema’s technology and underlying architectures.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to potential customers.
- Partner with customers to execute successful proofs of concept (PoCs).
- Design and architect solutions and guide project teams toward shared goals.
- Manage customer problems and provide consulting support to internal stakeholders.
- Create technical documentation to support projects and integrations.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS solutions and cloud technologies.
- Solid experience in solution design, architecture, and integration.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills; able to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong collaboration skills (comfortable working independently and with a global team).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Familiarity with relevant programming languages and technologies.
Experience
- 8+ years in a Solutions Architect/Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Forward Deployment Engineer, or similar technical pre-sales role.

- Customer-focused mindset and passion for understanding and solving customer challenges.
