About the role

Role Overview

Join DataGrail as a Solutions Architect (full remote). You’ll be the technical lead for customer onboarding and implementation, designing integrations and advising customers through complex deployment decisions while improving the overall customer experience.

Key Missions & Responsibilities

Partner with customers to design integrations and deliver scalable solutions across:
- APIs and automation workflows
- AI MCPs
- databases and data systems
Lead technical discovery, implementation planning, and customer solution design to ensure successful outcomes.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor during onboarding and expansion, guiding customers on complex deployment and integration decisions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to improve customer experience.

Required Profile

Hands-on, curious, collaborative; enjoys solving technical problems and helping customers succeed.
Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, webhooks, and modern cloud architectures.
Strong experience designing/supporting API-driven integrations and complex technical workflows.
3–7 years in solutions architecture, technical implementation, or customer-facing engineering roles in SaaS environments.
Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Comfortable working through ambiguity in fast-moving environments.
Experience leading customer-facing technical projects and managing implementation complexity.
Strong troubleshooting and systems-thinking across integrations, data flows, and platform connectivity.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with databases and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or Azure SQL.
Experience with privacy, compliance, or data governance platforms.
Familiarity with AI workflows, MCPs, or automation technologies.
Experience improving scalability via documentation, tooling, or process design.
