Solutions Architect (Data & Artificial Intelligence)

Role overview

As a Solutions Architect (Data & Artificial Intelligence) at Rescale, you will work with strategic, customer-facing partners to understand their engineering workflows and drive adoption of Rescale’s Data Intelligence and AI Physics capabilities. You will collaborate closely with customers, product teams, and field teams to validate hypotheses, accelerate rollout, and deliver measurable value from AI-driven engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Engage with strategic customers to understand engineering workflows and shape adoption strategies.
• Design end-to-end solutions using Rescale Data Intelligence and AI Physics for next-generation engineering workflows.
• Build trusted relationships with technical leaders and stakeholders and influence adoption plans and long-term technology roadmaps.
• Translate complex technical workflows into clear customer value and implementation plans.
• Run pilots / early-access programs to validate product-market fit and support broader adoption.
• Lead technical and executive discovery sessions and communicate strategy and technical value across audiences.

Requirements

• Familiarity with simulation workflows, engineering data management, or AI/ML integration.
• 3–6 years in solutions architecture, customer success, technical consulting, or product-facing engineering roles.
• Strategic thinker with a bias for action, comfortable working in ambiguity with fail-fast / learn-fast habits.
• Ability to work in fast-moving, experimental environments.
• Strong business mindset to drive adoption, inform product direction, and influence commercial outcomes.
• Strong communication skills across engineers and executives.

Nice to have / Preferred

• Understanding of AI Physics models, agentic engineering workflows, or next-generation digital engineering strategies.
• Domain experience in one or more verticals: automotive, aerospace, energy, manufacturing, life sciences, semiconductors.
