About the role

Role Overview

Solutions Architect in Cedar’s Delivery organization. You’ll lead the integration of Cedar’s platform with clients’ healthcare management systems, acting as an early point of contact for new clients and partnering with commercial teams.

Responsibilities

Conduct technical and operational discovery to define requirements, dependencies, and implementation risks.
Translate client data structures and file formats into Cedar infrastructure, schemas, and integration design.
Lead data validation and UAT, troubleshooting root causes such as data mismatches, transformation issues, and load failures.
Verify solution performance across data quality, access, functionality, and performance.
Communicate complex topics (e.g., networking, security, change approval processes, user authentication) to technical and operational stakeholders.
Manage multi-threaded, complex projects, tracking progress against goals/milestones.
Serve as the voice of the customer internally (engineering, account management, product).
Apply critical thinking in ambiguous technical/operational workflows; make sound tradeoff decisions.
Operate independently across multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining strong technical sustainability and quality.
Use AI and emerging technologies to accelerate analysis, documentation, troubleshooting, and execution with strong judgment.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years professional experience.
2+ years in client-facing roles with technical project leadership in an enterprise setting.
Background with at least one of:
- Enterprise healthcare systems
- Digital consumer payments or backend payment processing
- Enterprise system integrations or Electronic Health Record (EHR) companies
Comfort working with data structures, relational databases, and cloud infrastructure.
Strong analytics with high proficiency in SQL.
Experience with Python (mentioned in the posting; truncated in text provided).
