About the role

Role: Solutions Architect (Delivery)

Cedar’s Delivery organization manages getting new clients from implementation kickoff through launch, stability, and handoff to client management. As a Solutions Architect, you’ll lead integration of Cedar’s platform into clients’ healthcare management systems while building early client relationships with Cedar’s commercial teams.

Responsibilities

Conduct technical and operational discovery to define requirements, dependencies, and implementation risks.
Translate client data structures and file formats into Cedar infrastructure, schemas, and integration design.
Lead data validation and UAT to identify and resolve:
- data mismatches
- transformation issues
- load failures
- verify performance and data quality across access, functionality, and performance.
Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and operational stakeholders (e.g., networking, security, change approval processes, user authentication, technical reviews).
Manage multi-threaded, complex projects and report progress against milestones.
Act as the “voice of the customer” to internal teams (engineering, account management, product).
Make sound tradeoff decisions in ambiguous technical/operational workflows; ensure solutions meet client requirements and high standards for sustainability and quality.
Operate independently across multiple concurrent workstreams.
Use AI and emerging technologies pragmatically to accelerate analysis, documentation, troubleshooting, and execution with strong judgment.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years professional experience.
2+ years in client-facing roles driving technical project leadership in an enterprise environment.
Background with at least one of:
- enterprise healthcare systems
- digital consumer payments or backend payment processing
- enterprise system integrations
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) companies
Comfort working with data structures, relational databases, and cloud infrastructure.
Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in SQL.

Nice-to-haves / Additional signals

Experience with Python (mentioned but cut off in the posting).
Curiosity and practical adoption of new technologies to improve delivery quality and efficiency.
