Solutions Architect — Arrcus

Join Arrcus as a Solutions Architect to guide customers and partners through the evaluation and deployment of Arrcus technology and products.

Responsibilities

Lead pre-sales technical engagements and act as a trusted advisor to translate customer requirements into scalable networking solutions.
Work across the customer ecosystem: interconnect providers, data center providers, service providers, enterprises, and cloud providers.
Execute and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs), producing actionable recommendations and customer-ready reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in customer lab environments.
Stay current with networking industry trends.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, QA, and Solution Test teams to ensure customer success.
Contribute to the maintenance of internal infrastructure and tools.

Requirements

6+ years of networking experience, including 3+ years in a similar Solutions/NetOps role.
Strong written and spoken communication, including presentation skills.
Excellent technical foundation in routing/switching and networking protocols, including:
- TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, ISIS
- MPLS (L2 & L3 VPN), VXLAN, EVPN
- SRv6, SR MPLS
Familiarity with protocol analysis and traffic generation tools, such as tcpdump/Wireshark and tools like Ixia, network PDUs, terminal servers, DHCP/ZTP.

Nice to have

NetOps experience with Ansible and Vagrant.
Cloud networking familiarity; networking certifications are a plus (e.g., CCIE/JNCIE).
Security, routing, switching, Network Management, and Linux knowledge.
BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
