Solution Engineer I

Role: Solution Engineer I

You’ll help support and deliver solution/implementation services for Onit’s low-code, AI-driven legal operations platform. The role blends basic coding/programming fundamentals with database and front-end knowledge to translate business requirements into working outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects end-to-end, from idea to completion
• Assist colleagues as needed and collaborate effectively in individual and team settings
• Support delivery and implementation services as necessary
• Quickly understand business requirements and expectations
• Participate as a contributor within a multifaceted technology environment

Requirements (Mandatory)

• Relational database experience: designing database schemas and working with multiple tables
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• General understanding of programming fundamentals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized

Preferred / Desired Skills

• 2–4 years of related application support or software implementation experience
• Experience with integrations
• Experience with business process automation/management tools
• Liquid templating language experience
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite and documentation skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize across several projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or a related discipline (preferred)
