Role Overview

Solution Engineer (FedRAMP) at Coralogix. You will drive technical sales by helping customers validate the platform in their environments. This is a senior, hands-on role working closely with Account Executives and engaging both technical teams and executives.

Responsibilities

Partner with Account Executives to run technical discovery.
Lead product evaluations, including proof-of-concept and validation activities.
Act as the technical owner during evaluations:
- Support customers with deployments, configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and validation.
Lead discovery across customer architecture and requirements:
- Telemetry sources, operational pain points, business drivers, and success criteria.
Design and deliver tailored demonstrations and technical solutions.

Requirements

5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, DevOps/SRE, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering.
Proven experience leading technical evaluations, product demos, and proof-of-concept processes.
Credible communication with engineers, DevOps, SRE, platform, and security teams.
Hands-on ability across deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration.
Experience with cloud-native and distributed systems, including containers and modern infrastructure.
Strong observability background: logs, metrics, traces, APM, dashboards, alerting, and infrastructure monitoring.
Ability to engage executives and translate technical value into business impact.
Programming/scripting experience with: Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or similar.

Kubernetes and containerized environments.
Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Observability tooling and standards: Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing/APM.
Docker.
Security/monitoring: SIEM or security monitoring, log analytics/telemetry pipelines.
RUM.
Infrastructure & automation: Terraform, Helm, deployment automation.
CI/CD workflows.
Application instrumentation and debugging.
