About the role

Role Overview

You will serve as a Solution Architect for enterprise customers, bridging technical expertise, customer strategy, and cloud data innovation. Acting as a trusted advisor across the sales and adoption lifecycle, you will translate complex business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Guide enterprise customers through solution design, validation, and adoption aligned to business outcomes
  • Lead discovery by uncovering technical/business requirements and diagnosing root causes of data challenges
  • Drive solution validation via workshops, proofs of concept (PoCs), and trials
  • Support pre-sales by collaborating with sales, contributing to technical demonstrations, and shaping solution positioning
  • Enable customer onboarding and long-term adoption through implementation support and usage optimization
  • Identify expansion opportunities and support upsell initiatives based on customer needs
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships via ongoing engagement (e.g., business reviews and regular cadences)
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering to improve solution capabilities and inform roadmaps

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar)
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Strong knowledge of cloud data ecosystems such as Snowflake and/or Databricks
  • Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases
  • Experience with APIs, SQL, Linux, and integration technologies
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Consultative/solution-selling experience with enterprise customers
  • Strong presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience)

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with modern data engineering tools, ETL/ELT, and data transformation workflows
