Solution Architect

Role Overview

As a Solution Architect at Cyera, you’ll serve as the technical bridge between R&D and field/go-to-market teams. You’ll lead the design and deployment of Cyera’s platform in complex enterprise environments, support product feature rollouts, and help troubleshoot customer deployments.

Key Missions / Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between R&D and go-to-market teams, translating technical requirements, product feedback, and deployment needs in both directions.
• Lead architecture design and deployment of the Cyera platform for enterprise customers.
• Resolve nuanced implementation challenges and operationalize the product at scale.
• Create documentation, frameworks, and internal tooling to standardize and streamline deployments.
• Partner with field teams to troubleshoot and support customer deployments.

Profile / Requirements

• Deep familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP, including securing workloads and services.
• 5+ years experience in Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting (preferably data security or cloud platform).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong experience with structured and unstructured data: writing/optimizing queries, analyzing datasets, and deriving actionable insights.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience working with startups/high-growth environments.

Nice-to-haves

• Industry certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP, or CCSP.
• Familiarity with modern data architectures, cloud-native security tools, and data privacy frameworks.
