About the role

Role Overview

Solution Architect AI (m/w/d) You will help customers by prototyping and demonstrating an advanced computer-vision AI pipeline. Your prototypes and proof-of-concepts are central to customer success, from initial discovery through iterative improvements.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate solutions to potential customers
Identify customer issues and uncover opportunities for product improvements
Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts tailored to customer requirements
Manage and respond to customer inquiries via ticketing system and email
Improve team efficiency through AI methods/FAQs, documentation, and maintaining an online community

Requirements

At least 2 years experience as a consultant or software developer
1+ year in solution engineering, presales, or customer support (or another technical role) with customer contact
Strong Python skills in Linux environments
Strong communication skills and fluent English
Ability to travel very infrequently (less than once per month)

Nice to Have

Experience with SaaS, computer vision, AI, or video management systems
Experience running containers in scaled Kubernetes cloud environments
Basic understanding of hardware
