Role overview

Software Test Automation Engineer (m/w/d) with career growth ambitions at Auralis Group. You will not only execute tests, but actively shape and improve software quality while taking the next step toward leading and building quality strategy.

Responsibilities

• Determine your own working hours and work remotely.
• Build and advance your test automation capabilities.
• Work beyond manual testing: actively design and improve quality.
• Collaborate closely with development (Dev) teams.
• Contribute to a strategic approach to quality and QA/Automation maturity.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Software Testing / QA.
• Solid experience with test automation tools/frameworks such as:
  • Cucumber
  • Playwright
  • Selenium
  • Cypress
• Knowledge of test frameworks and BDD/TDD approaches.
• Experience with API testing (e.g., REST, Postman, REST Assured).
• Ideally ISTQB certification (Foundation or higher).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Good understanding of software development (Java, JavaScript, or Python).
• Strong communication skills and close collaboration with Dev teams.
• Growth mindset and drive for continuous development.

• Experience contributing to quality strategy and/or team leadership growth ambitions.

• Fixum: €60,000–€70,000; Target: €70,000–€80,000 (revenue participation, quarterly payout).
