Software Engineering Manager

Role Overview

Engineering Manager (Frontend) for a globally used SaaS platform. You will lead a distributed frontend engineering team, shaping frontend architecture, delivery, and engineering quality while partnering closely with Product, Design, and Backend.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a remote frontend team
• Own frontend architecture across a complex enterprise SaaS platform
• Drive best practices for:
  • Performance and scalability
  • Testing and code quality
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Backend to deliver end-to-end features
• Coach, mentor, and support engineers’ career growth and technical development
• Contribute to technical strategy and roadmap planning
• Help scale engineering processes across a globally distributed team

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead for frontend-focused teams
• Experience building large-scale SaaS or enterprise web applications
• Strong modern frontend background (React and TypeScript)
• Track record leading remote/distributed engineering teams
• Solid architectural understanding of scalable frontend systems
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with product and design
• Must be based in PST or MST
