Software Engineer

Role Overview

You’ll join a long-term web application enhancement project to complete the migration of an existing React application to Next.js. The app is stable, but needs help finishing migration tasks, restoring missing UI, fixing layout/responsive issues, and improving overall UX. The role also offers opportunities to support a roadmap that may include Web3 and blockchain features.

Responsibilities

• Restore and integrate UI components missed during the React → Next.js migration
• Fix layout and responsive design issues for consistent cross-device behavior
• Improve UI/UX through interface polishing and thoughtful enhancements
• Refactor and clean up frontend components/structure for maintainability and performance
• Identify and fix bugs, inconsistencies, and technical debt
• Collaborate on new features as the product evolves
• Contribute to longer-term product development, including Web3 game features, blockchain infrastructure, wallet support, and smart contract integration

Requirements

• Proficient in React and Next.js with proven web application development experience and migration work
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component-based design, and state management
• Solid skills in responsive design, CSS, and modern UI/UX best practices
• Experience debugging, refactoring, and optimizing frontend codebases
• Ability to analyze and understand existing code before building
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and collaboration in a remote, long-term environment
• Availability for ongoing work / sustained product ownership

• Familiarity with Web3, blockchain integration, and multi-chain wallet support
