As a Software Engineer – Technical Lead, you will lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams, drive technology strategy, and collaborate with architecture to design solutions that meet both technical and business needs. Responsibilities

Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Partner with architecture/design peers to deliver complex software solutions aligned to business objectives
Drive technology strategy: make key decisions or influence choices around architecture patterns, technology selection, and engineering best practices
Facilitate communication between engineering, product management, and stakeholders

Identify and implement process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality
Lead with an innovation and results mindset (“get things done”), with strategic and tactical execution
Maintain a continuous learning and advancement approach; provide empathetic leadership

Requirements

8+ years of software engineering experience
Proven technical leadership track record in modern software development environments
Strong understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns
Expert-level proficiency in microservices and distributed systems design
Ability to apply best practices for external system integration
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
