Role overview

As a Software Engineer at Sticker Mule, you will help build and scale Sticker Mule Pro, a suite of tools for creators and businesses. The role is fully remote, working in small autonomous teams that own products end-to-end.

What you’ll work on

• Stores (a Shopify alternative)
• AI tools (internal and customer-facing)
• Notify (a Mailchimp alternative)
• Reply (a Zendesk alternative)
• Hire Me (a Contra alternative)
• Contribute to web and mobile delivery from a shared codebase

Responsibilities

• Build and scale products end-to-end within autonomous teams
• Ship across web and mobile with fast iteration and product-focused prioritization
• Use AI aggressively to extend what the product can do
• Write in clear English and collaborate effectively with the team

Requirements

• Exceptional full-stack software engineering skills
• Strong, aggressive use of AI in day-to-day work
• Proficient written communication in English

Tech & collaboration

• Stack includes Go, TypeScript, React, Expo, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, running on GCP
• Collaboration via Asana and Slack

Compensation & benefits

• Salary: $150,000–$250,000 USD
• Signing bonus: $20,000
• Vacation: 4 weeks + country-specific holidays
• Fully remote (40+ countries)
