About the role

Role Overview

Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build production-ready web experiences and cloud-based services for an initial customer cohort. You’ll take features from prototype through deployment and ongoing iteration, using modern engineering practices and AI-enabled tooling to accelerate development.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver end-to-end product experiences across modern web applications (concept → production → iteration)
Rapidly prototype new ideas and validate feasibility
Build secure, lightweight, high-performance solutions
Design and implement backend APIs and integrations
Use AI agents/developer toolsets to speed up prototyping, testing, and refinement
Apply software quality practices such as testing, code reviews, observability, and incident management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent practical experience)
5–8 years of full-stack software engineering experience shipping production web applications
Strong JavaScript frontend skills with React or Next.js
UI frameworks experience: Tailwind or MUI
Accessibility knowledge: WCAG 2.2
Backend experience with REST API design, authentication, authorization, and versioning
Backend frameworks: .NET, Node.js, or Python
Database experience: DynamoDB, SQL, MongoDB
Caching experience: Redis
AWS experience building, deploying, and managing serverless/container workloads
Monitoring and cost optimization
Microservices architecture, API-first design, and integration patterns
Containerization/orchestration: Docker and Kubernetes
CI/CD pipelines experience
Experience with AI-enabled features, including RAG (retrieval-based grounding) with evaluation/quality measurement
Testing strategies, code review habits, observability, and incident management

Nice to Have

AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Devin, Ralph) or Builder.io

Location / Work Model

Primarily remote (with occasional travel for in-person collaboration with colleagues and clients)
