About the role

Role overview

You will join Joko as a Software Engineer working on impactful projects with strong ownership, from conception to deployment. You’ll collaborate closely with the Product and Operations teams in a remote-friendly environment.

Responsibilities

Design and develop robust software architectures that translate product vision and operational needs into software solutions.
Own projects end-to-end, from development to deployment, collaborating with Product and Data teams to track and monitor impact.
Mentor junior engineers, including reviewing technical specifications and code.
Lead and participate in technical discussions.

Requirements

Ability to take end-to-end ownership of software projects.
Strong collaboration skills with Product, Operations, and Data teams.
Experience reviewing code/specs and contributing to technical guidance.

Nice-to-haves

Demonstrated experience mentoring junior engineers and facilitating technical discussions.
