About the role

Role Overview

Design, build, and maintain digital products using modern software tools and technologies, with ownership of applications in production and measurable outcomes. You’ll support the Enterprise Payments organization and help enable seamless customer payment processing.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and test software using scientific/technical knowledge
Own and manage applications in production to ensure measurable outcomes
Support Enterprise Payments for reliable customer payment processing
Collaborate with teams to solve problems and follow best practices
Practice paired programming and test-driven development (TDD)

Requirements

4+ years of software development experience with Java and J2EE (e.g., Spring Boot)
Experience with REST APIs and microservice architecture
Solid relational database design skills and SQL
Strong object-oriented design knowledge
Experience with TDD and testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit)
Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps methodologies/tools (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins)
Experience with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker
