About the role

Role: Software Engineer (Data Masking Automation)

You will develop and deliver data masking automation solutions, working with clients to define requirements and build reliable pipelines that protect sensitive data while preserving data consistency.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement data masking automation solutions.
Participate in discovery sessions to define scope and requirements.
Build and validate masking automation pipelines.
Programmatically create and configure masking tasks via REST APIs.
Ensure repeatable masking for data consistency and referential integrity.
Monitor and manage masking job execution, including retry logic and exception handling.

Requirements

4+ years of experience with Python for data/integration automation.
3+ years integrating with REST APIs (authentication, sessions, rate limits, idempotency).
3+ years working with structured data and databases (SQL, schemas, data types).
3+ years in data pipeline / ETL-style development.
2+ years with Informatica IDMC / IICS or a comparable data-integration platform.
3+ years using Git/GitOps workflows.
