Role: Software Engineer

Full remote position in the US.

What you’ll be doing

Build and maintain public APIs as part of a core API product suite
Design scalable systems, web applications, and services used by customers worldwide
Collaborate with stakeholders to turn product vision into a clear technical roadmap
Provide shared engineering services and functionality to internal business units
Partner across teams to understand and enable the mission end to end
Lead projects as a technical anchor with meaningful ownership and growth potential

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience
Startup experience in fast-paced environments
Experience designing and building scalable systems, web apps, APIs, and services using one or more of:
- Node.js, TypeScript, Python, or Go
Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and analytical databases (e.g., BigQuery)
Comfort with React and TypeScript on the frontend
Familiarity with GraphQL and performance-focused data modeling
Experience with GCP and CI/CD pipelines (Kubernetes is a plus)
Ability to translate customer pain points into technical and product requirements
High initiative, ownership, and comfort navigating ambiguity
Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences
Cross-functional collaboration experience
