Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Role Overview

Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who can own product problems end-to-end—from scoping an idea through design, build, ship, measure, and improve. You’ll help build a multi-tenant SaaS analytics platform and shape the system architecture and engineering culture early.

Responsibilities

• Own product + engineering problems end-to-end (customer needs, design, implementation, shipping, iteration).
• Architect and build the web-based platform for analytics and AI features from the ground up.
• Translate complex analytics workflows into simple customer-facing product experiences.
• Make architecture decisions for security, scalability, performance, testing, observability, and maintainability.
• Use agentic/AI development tools seriously (code generation, code review, QA checks, debugging, test generation, safe refactors) and apply strong engineering judgment to verify outputs.
• Build across the stack: frontend, backend, APIs, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with leadership and customer-facing teams to understand needs and deliver useful solutions.
• Coordinate and, when needed, pitch/follow through on timelines, scope, and execution; mentor/enable other developers.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• 5+ years of full-stack experience building production software.

Nice-to-Haves

• Strong proficiency with modern full-stack architectures (React/Next.js + Node.js APIs) and multi-tenant SaaS patterns.
• Hands-on experience integrating with data platforms and cloud infrastructure (e.g., Databricks/PostgreSQL/AWS).
• Proven experience delegating real engineering work to AI coding agents and validating results.
