About the role

Role Overview

Software Engineer (Full Stack) responsible for building and maintaining modern web applications end-to-end. You’ll develop responsive user interfaces, implement REST APIs/backend services, and contribute to cloud deployments while working in an agile team.

Responsibilities

Frontend Development (35%)

Build and maintain responsive UIs using React or Angular, HTML5, and CSS3
Implement component-based designs with focus on accessibility and performance

Backend Development (35%)

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js, Python, or .NET
Work with relational databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases
Participate in cloud deployments on Azure, GCP, or AWS
Gain familiarity with Databricks where applicable

DevOps & Collaboration (30%)

Contribute to code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines
Use Git for version control and contribute to Azure DevOps workflows
Collaborate with QA, product, and design partners
Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot Enterprise, Claude Code) throughout the SDLC (code generation, test writing, documentation)

Data & AI Integration

Work across modern data and AI platforms (e.g., Foundry, Databricks)
Design/build data-driven and intelligent applications using large-scale data pipelines and AI/ML services
Integrate operational software systems with data platforms and AI-enabled services to deliver scalable, insight-driven features

Requirements

4+ years of applicable experience
Bachelor’s degree (required)
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience with React or Angular
Familiarity with at least one backend language: Node.js, Python, or .NET
Understanding of RESTful API design and consumption
Git version control; familiarity with Azure DevOps or GitHub
Active use of AI-assisted development tools as part of the SDLC

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to Azure, GCP, or AWS
Basic CI/CD pipeline experience
Basic familiarity with Databricks / data platform concepts
Unit testing frameworks such as Jest or PyTest
Exposure to GraphQL API design and Terraform/IaC concepts (or similar)
Object-oriented programming and design patterns

Additional Notes

Stationary position for prolonged periods
Ability to adapt, prioritize quickly, and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills (in-person and electronic)
