Software Engineer - Frontend

Role: Software Engineer – Frontend (Contract)

Contract, fully remote and asynchronous (min. 15 hrs/week).

What you’ll do

• Review and evaluate AI-generated frontend code for correctness, efficiency, accessibility, and clarity.
• Write high-quality frontend solutions for UI and web development problems across different difficulty levels.
• Provide clear, user-friendly explanations for design decisions, code logic, and problem-solving strategies.
• Identify and flag edge cases or ambiguities in problem statements or AI responses.

Requirements

• Fluent English with strong written communication and the ability to explain frontend concepts clearly.
• Strong JavaScript skills, including:
  • async/await, closures
  • DOM manipulation
  • ES6+ syntax
  • browser APIs
• 3–5 years experience with modern frontend frameworks/tools/domains (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Computer Science or related field (Master’s/PhD preferred but not required).

Nice to have

• Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training projects.

Interview process

• English screening with Zara (AI interviewer).
• Domain-specific interview assessing frontend expertise (frameworks, state management, performance optimization).
