Software Engineer - Frontend

Role Overview

Software Engineer – Frontend (AI Training Contract) You’ll help improve AI-generated frontend code as part of an AI training initiative. Instead of building product features, you’ll evaluate and write solutions that influence how future AI models understand and produce JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated frontend code for:
  • correctness, efficiency
  • accessibility
  • clarity and maintainability
• Write high-quality frontend/UI solutions to web development problems of varying difficulty
• Provide clear explanations of design decisions, code logic, and problem-solving approaches
• Identify edge cases, bugs, and ambiguities in both prompts and AI-generated responses
• Help set the bar for great frontend code at scale

Requirements

• Proficient in JavaScript, including:
  • async/await
  • closures
  • DOM manipulation
  • ES6+ syntax
  • browser APIs
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks/tools: React, Vue, or Angular
• Strong written communication in English (explain technical concepts clearly)
• Detail-oriented: strong code quality judgment and edge-case awareness
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment

Nice to Have

• 3–5+ years of professional frontend development experience
• Background in Computer Science or related field
• Familiarity with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training workflows
• Experience with web performance optimization and accessibility standards

• Fully remote and asynchronous contract (flexible schedule from anywhere)
