Role Overview
Software Engineer – Frontend (AI Training Contract) As a frontend engineer, you’ll review, write, and refine UI coding problems and solutions used to train and evaluate AI systems. Your work directly affects how AI understands and generates frontend code.
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate AI-generated frontend code for correctness, efficiency, accessibility, and clarity
- Write high-quality solutions to UI/web development problems across varying difficulty levels
- Provide clear explanations for design decisions, code logic, and problem-solving approaches
- Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and weaknesses in problem statements or AI responses
- Help set the quality bar for strong frontend code at scale
Requirements
- Strong written communication and fluent English
- Deep expertise in JavaScript (including async/await, closures, DOM manipulation, ES6+, browser APIs)
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks/tooling: React, Vue, or Angular
- Detail-oriented with strong ability to catch subtle bugs and edge cases
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment
Nice to Have
- 3–5+ years of professional frontend development experience
- CS (or related) BS/MS/PhD
- Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or AI training workflows
- Familiarity with web accessibility standards and performance optimization
