Role Overview

Software Engineer – Frontend (AI Training Contract) As a frontend engineer, you’ll help shape how AI understands and generates frontend code. Your work focuses on evaluating and producing high-quality UI coding problems and solutions used to train and test cutting-edge AI systems.

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated frontend code for:
- correctness, efficiency
- accessibility and clarity
Write high-quality solutions to UI and web development problems across varying difficulty levels
Explain design decisions and code logic clearly (including reasoning and problem-solving approach)
Identify edge cases and ambiguities in problem statements and AI-generated responses
Help set the quality bar for “great frontend code” at scale

Requirements

Fluent English with strong written communication skills to explain frontend concepts clearly
Deep expertise in JavaScript, including:
- async/await, closures
- DOM manipulation, ES6+ syntax
- browser APIs
Experience with modern frontend frameworks and tooling such as React, Vue, or Angular
Strong attention to detail and ability to catch subtle bugs and edge cases
Self-motivated, comfortable working independently in an asynchronous, remote environment

Nice to Have

3–5+ years of professional frontend development experience
BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field
Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or AI training workflows
Familiarity with web accessibility standards and performance optimization techniques
