Role Overview

Software Engineer – Frontend (AI Training Contract) Work fully remotely to help train AI systems by evaluating and writing high-quality frontend UI coding problems and solutions.

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated frontend code for:
- correctness, efficiency
- accessibility and best practices
Write frontend solutions for UI/web development challenges across multiple difficulty levels
Explain design and implementation decisions clearly (logic, reasoning, problem-solving approach)
Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and errors in both problem statements and AI responses
Help set standards for high-quality frontend code for both humans and AI

Requirements

Fluent English with strong written communication; able to clearly explain complex frontend concepts
Deep expertise in JavaScript, including:
- async/await, closures
- DOM manipulation, ES6+ syntax, browser APIs
Experience with modern frontend frameworks/tools such as React, Vue, or Angular
3+ years of hands-on frontend or web development experience (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Computer Science or related field (Master’s/PhD a plus)
Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently

Nice to Have

Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Pinia)
Prior work in data labeling, RLHF, or AI model training
