Role Overview

Software Engineer – Frontend (AI Training Contract) You’ll help evaluate and improve AI systems that write frontend code. This is fully remote, asynchronous contract work, with no meetings required and the ability to set your own schedule.

What You’ll Do

Review and evaluate AI-generated frontend code for:
- correctness, efficiency, accessibility, and clarity
Write high-quality implementations for UI and web development tasks across varying difficulty levels
Provide clear written explanations for:
- design decisions, code logic, and problem-solving strategy
Identify edge cases, bugs, and ambiguities in problem statements or AI responses
Help set the standard for great frontend code at scale

Who You Are

Strong command of JavaScript (async/await, closures, DOM manipulation, ES6+, browser APIs)
Experience with modern frontend frameworks/tooling: React, Vue, Angular, or similar
Able to communicate technical concepts in writing clearly
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on correctness and quality
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an async environment

Nice to Have

3–5+ years of professional frontend development experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Familiarity with data labeling or RLHF / AI training workflows
Experience with web accessibility standards and performance optimization

Contract & Commitment

Fully remote & asynchronous
Minimum commitment: 15 hours/week
Work is flexible—take on tasks when it suits you
