About the role

Role overview

You’ll be a Frontend Software Engineer helping to train AI systems by evaluating and writing frontend UI coding problems and solutions. The engagement is fully remote and asynchronous, with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated frontend code for:
- correctness
- efficiency
- accessibility
- best practices
Write high-quality frontend solutions to UI and web development challenges across multiple difficulty levels
Produce clear explanations of design decisions, code logic, and approach
Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and errors in both prompts and AI-generated responses
Help establish the bar for “great frontend code” for both humans and AI

Requirements

Fluent English and strong written communication
Deep JavaScript expertise, including:
- async/await
- closures
- DOM manipulation
- ES6+ syntax
- browser APIs
Experience with modern frontend frameworks/tools such as React, Vue, or Angular
3+ years of hands-on frontend or web development experience (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s/PhD is a plus)
Detail-oriented and able to work independently without close supervision

Nice to have

Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Pinia)
Prior work related to data labeling, RLHF, or AI model training
