Software Engineer - Frontend

Role overview

Software Engineer — Frontend (Contract) (fully remote & asynchronous). You’ll help improve the quality of AI-generated frontend code and build correct, accessible UI solutions that support AI model development.

What you’ll do

• Review and evaluate AI-generated frontend code (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) for:
  • correctness
  • efficiency
  • accessibility
  • clarity
• Write high-quality frontend solutions to UI/web development problems across varying difficulty levels
• Create clear explanations for design decisions, code logic, and problem-solving strategies
• Identify and flag edge cases/ambiguities in problem statements or AI responses

Requirements

• Fluent English and strong written communication skills
• Ability to clearly explain frontend coding concepts
• Strong JavaScript expertise, including:
  • async/await
  • closures
  • DOM manipulation
  • ES6+ syntax
  • browser APIs
• 3–5 years experience with modern frontend frameworks/tools/domains (e.g., React, Vue, Angular is a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Computer Science or related field
• Master’s/PhD preferred (not required)

Bonus / nice to have

• Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training projects

Working model

• Work from anywhere with a flexible workload
• Fully remote & asynchronous, minimum 15 hours/week

• English screening with Zara (AI interviewer)
• Domain-specific Zara interview to assess frontend expertise, including:
  • frontend frameworks
  • state management
  • performance optimization
