Role Overview

Software Engineer – Frontend (AI Training Contract) As a frontend engineer, you’ll help review, write, and refine frontend UI coding problems and solutions that are used to train and evaluate AI systems. Your technical judgment will directly influence how AI interprets and generates frontend code.

What You’ll Do

Review and evaluate AI-generated frontend code for:
- correctness
- efficiency
- accessibility
- clarity
Write high-quality solutions to UI and web development problems across varying difficulty levels.
Produce clear, thorough explanations for design decisions, code logic, and problem-solving approaches.
Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and weaknesses in problem statements or AI-generated responses.
Help set the quality bar for great frontend code at scale.

Who You Are

Fluent English with strong written communication skills.
Deep expertise in JavaScript, including:
- async/await
- closures
- DOM manipulation
- ES6+ syntax
- browser APIs
Experienced with modern frontend frameworks/tooling: React, Vue, or Angular.
Detail-oriented with strong instincts for subtle bugs and edge cases.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an asynchronous, remote environment.

Nice to Have

3–5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
CS degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD) or related field.
Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or AI training workflows.
Familiarity with web accessibility standards and performance optimization.
