Role Overview

Software Engineer – Frontend (AI Training Contract) Fully remote, asynchronous contract work where you evaluate and improve AI systems that generate code for frontend UI.

What You’ll Do

Review and evaluate AI-generated frontend code for:
- correctness, efficiency
- accessibility
- clarity and maintainability
Implement high-quality frontend solutions for UI and web development problems at varying difficulty levels
Write clear explanations covering design decisions, code logic, and problem-solving approaches
Identify edge cases, bugs, and ambiguities in prompts and AI-generated responses
Help define and scale quality standards for “great frontend code”

Who You Are

Strong command of JavaScript (async/await, closures, DOM manipulation, ES6+, browser APIs)
Experience with modern frontend frameworks/tooling: React, Vue, Angular, or similar
Can communicate technical concepts in writing as well as through code
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on correctness and quality
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an async environment

Nice to Have

3–5+ years of professional frontend development experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Familiarity with data labeling and RLHF (or other AI training workflows)
Experience with web accessibility standards and performance optimization

Contract Details / Expectations

Fully remote & async with no meeting requirements
Flexible commitment; minimum 15 hours/week
Work is task-based with transparent quality standards
