Role Overview

Software Engineer – Frontend (AI Training Contract) Help train AI models by creating and refining high-quality frontend UI coding problems and solutions. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role with asynchronous work on your own schedule.

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated frontend code for:
- correctness, efficiency, accessibility, and best practices
Write frontend solutions to UI/web development challenges across multiple difficulty levels
Produce clear explanations for design decisions, code logic, and problem-solving approaches
Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and errors in problem statements and AI responses
Help set the standard for great frontend code for both humans and AI

Requirements

Fluent English with strong written communication skills
Deep expertise in JavaScript, including:
- async/await, closures, DOM manipulation, ES6+ syntax, and browser APIs
Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
3+ years of hands-on frontend or web development experience (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in CS or related field (Master’s/PhD a plus)
Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently without close supervision

Nice to Have

Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Pinia)
Prior work related to data labeling, RLHF, or AI model training
