Role overview

Software Engineer – Frontend (AI Training Contract) Fully remote, flexible contract role where you review, write, and refine frontend code challenges and solutions used to train and evaluate cutting-edge AI systems.

What you’ll do

Review and evaluate AI-generated frontend code for:
- correctness, efficiency, accessibility, and clarity
Write high-quality solutions to UI and web development problems across multiple difficulty levels
Explain design decisions and code logic clearly and thoroughly
Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and weaknesses in problem statements or AI responses
Help set and maintain the quality bar for great frontend code at scale

Who you are

Fluent in English with strong written communication skills
Deep frontend expertise in JavaScript, including:
- async/await, closures, DOM manipulation, ES6+ syntax, and browser APIs
Experience with modern frontend frameworks and tooling such as React, Vue, or Angular
Strong attention to detail and a knack for subtle bugs and edge cases
Self-motivated, comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment

Nice to have

3–5+ years of professional frontend development experience
CS (BS/MS/PhD) or related background
Prior experience with data labeling, RLHF, or AI training workflows
Familiarity with web accessibility standards and performance optimization
