Software Engineer - Frontend

Role Overview

Software Engineer - Frontend (Contract) Fully remote and asynchronous contract work (minimum 15 hrs/week), supporting AI-driven frontend code review and implementation.

What You’ll Do

• Review and evaluate AI-generated frontend code for correctness, efficiency, accessibility, and clarity.
• Write high-quality frontend solutions for UI and web development problems across varying difficulty levels.
• Provide clear, user-friendly explanations of design decisions, code logic, and problem-solving strategies.
• Identify and flag edge cases or ambiguities in problem statements or AI responses.

Requirements

• Fluent English with strong written communication skills.
• Ability to clearly explain frontend coding concepts.
• Strong JavaScript expertise, including:
  • async/await, closures
  • DOM manipulation
  • ES6+ syntax
  • browser APIs
• 3–5 years experience with modern frontend frameworks/tools/domains (e.g., React, Vue, Angular or web development).
• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Computer Science or related field.

Nice to Have

• Master’s or PhD.
• Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training projects.
