About the role

Role: Software Engineer – Frontend (AI Training Contract)

As a frontend engineer, you will help train and evaluate AI systems by reviewing and writing high-quality UI coding problems and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate AI-generated frontend code for correctness, efficiency, accessibility, and clarity
  • Write high-quality solutions to UI and web development problems across multiple difficulty levels
  • Produce clear explanations for design decisions, code logic, and problem-solving approach
  • Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and weaknesses in problem statements or AI responses
  • Help set and maintain the quality bar for excellent frontend code at scale

Requirements

  • Strong English and written communication skills; ability to explain complex frontend concepts clearly
  • Deep expertise in JavaScript, including:
    • async/await, closures, DOM manipulation, ES6+, browser APIs
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks and tooling such as React, Vue, or Angular
  • Detail-oriented mindset for catching subtle bugs and edge cases
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an asynchronous remote environment

Nice to Have

  • 3–5+ years of professional frontend development experience
  • BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or AI training workflows
  • Familiarity with web accessibility standards and performance optimization
