Software Engineer — Frontend (AI Training Contract)

As a frontend engineer, you will help make AI smarter by reviewing and improving AI-generated frontend code. Your work will influence how AI models understand and write JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated frontend code for:
- correctness
- efficiency
- accessibility
- clarity
Write high-quality frontend solutions to UI and web development problems across varying difficulty levels
Provide clear explanations of design decisions, code logic, and problem-solving approaches
Identify edge cases, bugs, and ambiguities in both prompts and AI-generated responses
Help define what great frontend code looks like at scale

Requirements

Proficient in JavaScript, including:
- async/await
- closures
- DOM manipulation
- ES6+ syntax
- browser APIs
Experienced with modern frontend frameworks/tools: React, Vue, or Angular
Strong written communication in English
High attention to code quality, edge cases, and potential failure points
Self-motivated and able to work independently in an asynchronous environment

Nice to have

3–5+ years of professional frontend development experience
Background in computer science or related field
Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or AI training workflows
Familiarity with web performance optimization and accessibility standards
