Role Overview

Software Engineer — Frontend (AI Training Contract). Help train the next generation of AI by evaluating and writing high-quality frontend UI coding problems and solutions.

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated frontend code for:
- correctness, efficiency, accessibility, and best practices
Write frontend solutions for UI/web development challenges across varied difficulty levels
Produce clear explanations for design decisions, code logic, and problem-solving approaches
Identify edge cases, ambiguities, or errors in problem statements and AI responses
Help define standards for “great” frontend code for both humans and AI

Requirements

Fluent English with strong written communication skills
Deep expertise in JavaScript (async/await, closures, DOM manipulation, ES6+ and browser APIs)
Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular)
3+ years of hands-on frontend or web development experience (preferred)
BS (or in progress) in Computer Science or related field
Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently

Nice to Have

Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Pinia)
Prior work related to data labeling, RLHF, or AI model training
