About the role
Role overview
Software Engineer – Frontend (Contract) (Remote) You’ll help shape the frontend code and explanations that improve AI-generated outputs used by leading AI labs and enterprise teams.
What you’ll do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated frontend code (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) for:
- correctness, efficiency
- accessibility and clarity
- Write high-quality frontend solutions for UI and web development problems across varying difficulty levels
- Create clear, user-friendly explanations covering:
- design decisions
- code logic
- problem-solving strategies
- Identify and flag edge cases or ambiguities in problem statements or AI responses
Requirements
- Fluent English with strong written communication skills
- Ability to clearly explain frontend coding concepts
- Strong JavaScript expertise, including:
- async/await, closures
- DOM manipulation
- ES6+ syntax
- browser APIs
- 3–5 years of experience with modern frontend frameworks/tools/domains (e.g., React/Vue/Angular, web development)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or pursuing)
Preferred / bonus
- Master’s or PhD preferred (not required)
- Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training projects
Work setup
- Fully remote & asynchronous
- Minimum 15 hours/week
