Role overview

Software Engineer – Frontend (Contract) (Remote) You’ll help shape the frontend code and explanations that improve AI-generated outputs used by leading AI labs and enterprise teams.

What you’ll do

Review and evaluate AI-generated frontend code (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) for:
- correctness, efficiency
- accessibility and clarity
Write high-quality frontend solutions for UI and web development problems across varying difficulty levels
Create clear, user-friendly explanations covering:
- design decisions
- code logic
- problem-solving strategies
Identify and flag edge cases or ambiguities in problem statements or AI responses

Requirements

Fluent English with strong written communication skills
Ability to clearly explain frontend coding concepts
Strong JavaScript expertise, including:
- async/await, closures
- DOM manipulation
- ES6+ syntax
- browser APIs
3–5 years of experience with modern frontend frameworks/tools/domains (e.g., React/Vue/Angular, web development)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or pursuing)

Preferred / bonus

Master’s or PhD preferred (not required)
Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training projects

Work setup

Fully remote & asynchronous
Minimum 15 hours/week
Flexible workload “work from anywhere”

Interview process

English screening with Zara (AI interviewer)
Domain-specific Zara interview assessing:
- frontend frameworks
- state management
- performance optimization
