Role Overview

Software Engineer — Frontend (AI Training Contract). You’ll help shape AI models by reviewing, writing, and refining frontend code used for training and evaluation. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your technical judgment impacts how AI generates frontend code.

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated frontend code for:
- correctness, efficiency
- accessibility and clarity
Write high-quality solutions to UI and web development problems across multiple difficulty levels
Produce clear explanations for design decisions, code logic, and problem-solving approaches
Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and weaknesses in prompts or AI-generated responses
Help define and raise the quality bar for excellent frontend code at scale

Requirements

Strong written communication skills; fluent English
Deep expertise in JavaScript (async/await, closures, DOM manipulation, ES6+ syntax, browser APIs)
Experience with modern frontend frameworks/tooling (React, Vue, or Angular)
Strong attention to detail and ability to catch subtle bugs and edge cases
Self-motivated and able to work independently in an asynchronous environment

Nice to Have

3–5+ years of professional frontend development experience
BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science (or related field)
Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or AI training workflows
Familiarity with web accessibility standards and performance optimization techniques
